It would not be possible for our system to charge the same account 9 times in the same day, however, these 'charges' on the bank statement may be the 9 refunds that our team processed back to the card in question. We process them at the same time, so they would likely be appearing at the same time. If you or your loved one has confirmed with your bank that these are indeed 9 additional charges all on the same day, please reply to our last email and can work with our payment processor directly to find out more information.

Hi Jonathan, We created our platform as a means to provide affordable mental health support by credentialed, professional therapists and counselors. We make our rates affordable and can work with individuals to try and meet them where they are at from a cost standpoint. The system usually does a good job with this, but in the cases it misses the mark, we give you the option to change therapists (and choose your own next match from a list of available options in most cases) with just a few clicks.
