BetterHelp has not just improved my life, rather SAVED my life. I came to BetterHelp at an extremely low point and truly needed to make make changes and learn to cope with a wide range of issues from a very traumatic childhood to struggling with PTSD and depression/anxiety as an adult. It took me many months to finally reach out for the help I needed. I am encouraged by using Better Help, in addition to asking my support system for prayers. And learning to lean on others when I feel overwhelmed. Great way to start therapy! The video live sessions are great! It does feel like I am right there with my therapist as they make it very personal even although it is a video call. I started my therapy sessions with BetterHelp about one month ago and I am loving it. Totally recommend this company!

So far my experience has been great. The website and app are very easy to navigate. It has a ton of group classes to choose from. The journal is great and the suggestions for entries in it are deep and intelligent. My therapist does a great job and communicating with me and checking up on me.

BetterHelp is AMAZING! My Therapist, Thomas Wolf, is the best in the business! He's so calm and calming, non-judgmental, truly a kind spirit. He's here to listen and talk, too. Highly recommend the platform, it's so easy to do in the comfort of your home, the customer service is phenominal, and they really care. Amazing!!

BetterHelp is an incredibly important resource those who are in need of mental help but cannot necessarily afford those who do not accept insurance. BetterHelp is there to ensure that and their therapists are as good or better than what you think is the norm. Most of their therapists were hit by the pandemic like any other business and BetterHelp helps them as well (to find work). Trust that you have a great chance as someone in need or a therapist in need of more work that BetterHelp is an excellent resource. Don’t get too caught up in how therapy has been done traditionally in the past - all this is is evolution.
