BetterHelp came to me when I needed it the most. I had seen ads for a year before actually giving it a shot. Honestly, I was more concerned about the money. However, this is something that is so flexible with my schedule. There’s so many different options with communicating. I can do my appointments while at work. I have several times. This platform has some amazing people working in it! My therapist even made a point to saying that if I want to switch to another, they wouldn’t mind. They want what’s best for you. It’s definitely worth the money to be treated like a person and not just another job.

I chose to video call my therapist on the BetterHelp platform. I found it was much more convenient than travelling to see a therapist, without missing out on the face-to-face experience. I really liked being able to message my therapist at any time, although I did not personally use this option too often. My therapist, Shazia, ensured I had clear objectives for each session, meaning that every minute felt valuable and was not wasted. I felt a lot of progress was being made each week. Shazia has a warm personality and is extremely understanding and empathetic, I always felt very respected and heard. I felt very safe to open up and explore deeper issues with her. After a few sessions, I felt a sense of renewed optimism for the future and was no longer dwelling on the past. I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone wishing to gain some clarity in their lives, improve their mental health, or reframe their thoughts to a more positive outlook.

BetterHelp is a great resource if you need an extra boost and therapy on it's own doesn't feel like it's enough.

Easy to use service that caters for my needs

BetterHelp is a great resource for mental health. They matched with a therapist very quickly & it's convenient and easy to use. The best part are the classes. I have learnt so much about myself and also how our thoughts work by attending them. I loved the classes by Corey Pitts , Jaret Romano , Lauren & Susan. Special thanks to them for their insightful classes which has helped me a lot. I personally want to thank BetterHelp team for the great service that they provide.
