My experience has made obtaining therapy very accessible and affordable. This is important because consistency is really key to making this an effective tool. My therapist has such great range but there are lot of others with different styles and expertise to select if you feel like you need to explore. It’s worth it to invest in at least a month to try and see how you feel. It’s been almost 2 years since I started and I look forward to my sessions.
