Thr BetterHelp intake questions are specific and detailed, so it was easy to find a therapist who was exactly right for me. Quite honestly, I was very surprised that I found someone who was knowledgeanke in my specific types of mental health diagnoses. Nicely surprised, very satisfied.

The confidentiality is important but the options you have to connect with a therapist are the best. Having the ability to text, call or video your counselor allows for more interaction and help.

Betterhelp has been an excellent therapy experience I recommend it to everyone, I understand therapy can be costly… betterhelp offers a range of prices for those struggling financially too. The service not only offers therapy sessions but a variety of activities for recovery including journals, goal setting, classes to educate. You are able to have a session with your therapist and if you struggle in the week you are able to message your therapist which has been so helpful for me, it is unlike a service I have used before! For those who struggle with therapy I would say this is the way to go! You can choose your own therapist and you can change therapists if you feel you are not the best fit as therapy is as good as your rapport - it is imperative we are comfortable in order to share and heal

I benefit tremendously from Betterhelp. My therapist is so profesional . The meetings are online, and between meetings there are worksheets and journaling. My therapist is available for questions / reflections all day. she usually answers within an hour. I have been using this service for the last 6 month.
