BetterHelp is amazing! I have had a lot of therapy in my life and this by far has been the best experience. I have a very busy schedule and the flexibility of this service is outstanding. BetterHelp did a beautiful job of matching me with the best therapist I’ve ever had. I love this app! In between therapy sessions, I can write in the journal within the app or send a chat to my therapist. I really believe that this helps maximize the effectiveness of the sessions with my therapist because she has the opportunity to read things that I write ahead of time. She also responds to whatever I write in a very prompt manner, like a coach. This is exactly what I needed, and I wish that BetterHelp would have been available to me years ago!

It's finding a therapist that fits me, and understands my needs and faults, helps me grow and let go, so I can be better me, gives me God when I feel lost, and shows me how she cares about my mental health and relationship with God. I am overly thankful to have found what I have with Betterhelp, and found the therapist I did🧡

It's a great platform that does exactly what it says. And the therapists on it are real professionals.

The platform provides a variety of ways to engage with the therapist. I think its highly accommodating for clients and allows us to communicate effectively with therapists. I wish BetterHelp had a publicly available resource guide to use beyond my therapy or even while I'm subscribed. It would allow me to explore exactly what I'm looking for with and without my therapist.

As someone who is new to therapy and was anxious about it, I found this was a great option for me. I appreciate the tools that are available to me such as group support, online classes, unlimited texting right to my therapist and the option to text, call or video chat with my therapist. I appreciate the online homework and worksheets to expand my therapy content further. I also appreciate the affordability of therapy through Better Help. This makes it more accessible to me and others as therapy could be out of reach financially to a lot of people. I would recommend to anyone needing therapy or is wanting to have a healthier version of themselves.
