I had been considering therapy for awhile, but didn't really know where to start. BetterHelp was offered as a benefit by one of the organizations I belong to and it instantly made finding a therapist easy. I simply created a profile, was matched with a therapist, and immediately scheduled a session. The customer service, especially the follow-up, is excellent and the cost is well below even what my friends who have insurance coverage pay out-of-pocket. I'm telling everyone I know about it.
