Surprisingly helpful. I always thought it was too expensive to try therapy but my therapist has really changed my perspective. Really has opened my mind. My therapist makes me feel understood and is exactly what I need in my busy life.

Better health was very easy to initiate and convenient to use. My therapist has been very accommodating and comfortable to speak with. It has helped guide me through very difficult times I'm going through in my life.

They need to start excepting more insurances because you just can't afford the prices with today's economy.1

Experience was great. I loved my therapist and loved that could be video or phone and could message anytime. But I thought they took our new insurance and it is saying they dont take insurance. Which means it is $65 a week which right now cant afford. That was only reason I gave a 4 star

Ich hab das ganze letzte Jahr über mit Themen zu Schwangerschaft und geburt gestrogelt und habe dringend Therapeutische UnterstÜtzung benötigt? Als Kassenpatient hätte ich erst nächstes Jahr einen Termin bei regulären Psychologens oder Psychotherapeuten bekommen. Und bei Privatdienstlichen Ärzten hätte ich wesentlich mehr bezahlt als bei dieser App? Die Anmeldung gegen Schnellkomplikationslos für mich war es sehr transparent, dass ich dafür Geld bezahlen Muss, dass es eine Privatleistung ist. Ich habe schnell eine Therapeutin zugewiesen bekommen, die sich auch umgehend mit meinen. Befindlichkeiten befasst hat bisher kann ich nichts negatives äußern außer dass es vielleicht zum Problem wird, wenn meine Therapeutin im Urlaub sein sollte und ich die Leistungen bezahlen muss, die ich ja dann in der Woche Laub eventuell nicht bekomme, aber vielleicht lässt sich da auch noch eine LÖsung finden. Die App ist für mich besonders attraktiv weil ich eine Person bin die ungerne von Angesicht zur Angesicht mit fremden Menschen über meine Probleme spricht? Aber gerne Professionelle UnterstÜtzung bekommen möchte, da ist die MÖglichkeit Texte zu schreiben, für mich die Optimale Lösung, ich werde wahrscheinlich auch Videotherapie Buchen, aber erst mal damit ich meine Trapeutin auch ein bisschen besser kennenlernen kann und. Mich mit dem Gedanken anfreunden kann, kann ich auf Textnachrichten zurückgreifen und das macht das ganze für mich sehr attraktiv, wofür ich auch gerne Geld bezahle. Es wirkt für mich überhaupt nicht unseriös ich finde es wirklich sehr gut. Aufgrund der oben genannten Punkte. Warum dann nur vier sterne? Aufgrund des geldes. Diese plattform macht es sich zu nutze dass es ein fachärztemangel gibt und menschen therapie in anspruch nehmen möchten. Ist eigentlich nicht ganz so cool, aber für leute wie mich die kein akkutver sind und sonst monate auf einen Termin warten müssten es diese app. Wirklich gut, es sind ausgebildete trapeuten mit denen man kommuniziert Und man kann den therapeuten auch ganz einfach wechseln wenn man unzufrieden ist

I adore my therapist that I was matched with through BetterHelp. I appreciate the questions you answer in order to find a therapist that best fits your style. The app is easy to use and makes the visits simple. My only reason for 4 stars is that I don't like that you have to pay weekly, even if you don't have a visit. My insurance is not taken with BetterHelp and while I got a discount the first few weeks, I now pay almost $100 a week even if I don't see my therapist. This is becoming very costly and I sadly will need to stop going for a while soon. Other than that, it is an amazing tool and maybe better if you have an insurance plan that covers them.
