Better help really allows you to customize your therapy sessions and offers plenty of activities and introspection in between sessions too.

My counselor is wonderful. We end each session in prayer. My life is full of people and a BIG mess and he keeps it all straight, even when I had to take a month break because of finances.

BetterHelp is a godsend for me right now! I had seen commercials for BetterHelp and was interested in the services. I thought it would be beyond my financial ability to pay but they were willing to work with me. This has been a lifeline for me because I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I am so glad I reached out to them and their willingness to work with me.

BetterHelp is pretty straight forward to use and convenient. I also like that it is relatively affordable too. While insurance doesn’t cover it unfortunately, the lower cost and ease of use makes it well worth it.

My therapist is very thoughtful in her care. The app is easy to use and convenient for me. I can choose to text session, a phone call session or a video session. I think this is very good because some people prefer to message, so it caters to all. I believe you can switch to a different therapist anytime you want as well. But I'm happy with my therapist so far. Only licensed therapist are on the app so everything is professional. I'd say if you use this app, you'll be in good hands.

I have had a great experience with Better Help. After a year of therapy in person locally, I decided that it wasn't the right fit for me, but I still needed help with a situation in which I felt stuck. My therapist through BH is a better fit for me AND I can write to her in between scheduled sessions, which for me is a huge plus because I process better in writing sometimes. I only wish that BH was covered by my insurance!

BetterHelp has been an amazing resource as I navigate loss of income from a business and looking for a job and the depression, anxiety and low confidence and hope that come along with being in this situation.
