The freedom of virtual therapy is why I started using BetterHelp. I couldn’t always make my appointments in an office setting. I’m more connected to my therapist through the chat option. After my sessions we can brainstorm a specific thing without a full session and go in to detail when we are in the session. I’m on my second therapist because my first one left BetterHelp and she was great. When I searched for a new one, I could read through their profile and experience. I literally hand picked my new one and she has been such a blessing to me. I couldn’t be more thankful for BetterHelp and my therapist.

I've been in therapy for several years now working on triggers stemming from a history of severe child abuse. Incredibly simple, intuitive, and effective user experience, that lessens the anxiety and frustration of establishing a relationship with a therapist. The platform provided is also suited with multiple helpful devices to encourage personal responsibility in the therapeutic process.
