I like the fact I don’t have to leave my house and not worry about missing my appointment due to traffic etc. also no one can see me pull into a building so it’s totally private

I am recommending Betterhelp for everyone, it will help you improving your life, they have classes to attend, and you can change the subject you want. The good thing that even if you missed the class, you can watch the recording, it is really helpful, I learnt a lot and I am still learning from those classes. I have an amazing therapist that I can share all my feelings and worries with her, and she is helping me, her name is Susan Blanchard, I highly recommend her.
