BetterHelp has provided an important therapist that I don't think I would have attempted on my own. It provides you with a list of therapists that meets your preferences and goals. My therapist is great. She listens and understands and has provided me with tools that is helping to achieve my goals. The key that my therapist does is to encourage me to explore as changes occur continue to look back and see how far I have come. I can honestly feel that I'm achieving my goal for happiness and peace.

Luckily I found a person that I trust immediately. They have a journal inside the app, weekly group therapy, goals and unlimited free online classes you can attend that have helped me so much.

Customer service is also incredible as I had multiple times when I needed to reschedule an appointment or extend a payment period due to personal reasons and they were extremely open to helping their customers- they went above and beyond every time! I have had one match with a therapist which was okay and my second (current therapist) who is PHENOMENAL. Having sessions online also helps with being able to choose when and where I can have a therapy session.
