I wanted to make sure people read this so I gave it 4 stars. I am absolutely appalled at what I have experienced from BetterHelp. I was truly excited to have a platform I felt comfortable to get help. My first experience/therapist cancelled on me moments before our session. Hadn’t even met the therapist yet. Throughout the 2 months I “talked” to this therapist she would show up late to the scheduled meeting, leave early, and cancel multiple times before sessions. I then took time off from BetterHelp and decided to get back on recently. The first session I scheduled since coming back, the therapist cancelled on me moments before the our scheduled session. I immediately called the support center and asked the man if these were actually licensed professionals and he said “honestly I don’t know” and he also said towards how I’ve been cancelled on “that’s been happening a lot lately”. So please, if you truly are seeking professional help DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON BETTERHELP.

My experience has been great because it is unbiased and convenient AND I feel my therapist was chosen for me. My match has been very helpful and thoughtful in her manner and has really helped my think my way through situations that have taken years to accumulate. It has been very convenient. I also love journaling with suggested questions.

BetterHelp connected me to an amazing therapist. I do wish they would allow the therapists to practice out of state so while I travel or am on vacation I can still get help. Im not sure how the legalities work there. Very cool app. Lots of resources.

Betterhelp is the definition of a smart company. The platform works very well by providing individual and group therapy options that are easy to select from the user's profile. I would say they are a bit pricey, but the resources and professionals you will encounter make it worth the money. I have recommended Better Help to everyone who I know is open to some form of therapy.

This is a pretty awesome app!! The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is I'm still in the early stages of my experience. But I have no doubt that the more I use it that I definitely will be given it a full 5 stars.

I have found a great therapist on better help. However, choose your therapist carefully because the first therapist I had on better help was not great and not knowledgeable about the area in which I needed help in. If you know what you are going to therapy for and you are specific about it (ie. anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships etc...) better help is the platform for you. You can also change your therapist if you don't like the therapist you are seeing.

Overall I found my experience quite good with Better Help and my Therapist. I appreciated the price reduction I received in accordance with my being a new customer. The other options for group sessions and classes were good and mostly helpful. I was a bit annoyed however by the technological issues I had with the app and what was required. I am honestly not sure if it was an issue or limitation on my part or an issue with the app/website. Yet, the problems and/or requirements were a bit frustrating for me. I would have hoped for different or better options in so far as the customer experience side. I was honestly hoping(not expecting) for the pricing to be more reasonable and was just not something I could continue based on my income. Otherwise and as I said, overall I was pleased with the experience and the options for therapy offered. Thanks for your consideration of my experience as a customer.

It's great. Found a therapist in no time and she's great. Becoming a better person because of better help and my therapist. Only wish they took insurance. It's not too expensive but reasonable
