Not as advertised. Did not help. Expensive.
Better help is absolutely not as it was advertised. It claims to basically have an on-call therapist for you to have sessions with, which is impossible. In addition, when i paid £200 for a therapist, i would expect at the very minimum 2-3 sessions per month. Instead, all I got was a message every few days from someone. After every message i sent them, they would say things like "this sounds like anxiety" or "this sounds like OCD", so they were clearly trying to find something to equate it to in order to get a quick win so I'd say on the service. Instead i felt like they were not interested in examining me to find out the full depth of what i needed, but rather, interested in diagnosing me. I never once spoke to this person over call or chat, and they took days to respond to me messages. This is not what the advert implies. Its unreasonable to think that you could have someone on call 24/7, but 9-5 would be nice. The service forces you to pay the month sum before you decide if you like the person. Not good for those with mental health problems. Honestly? Just find a psychiatrist near you before using this.
