Betterhelp has been amazing for me. Its so easy to get a therapist that suits your needs/concerns and to book a session with them. You can also send them journal entries and text them whenever so they can think about how to best support you by getting to understand you and your situation. The app is so easy to use.

My schedule is so busy and different every week that I didn’t even consider setting up therapy, but then I heard about Better Help. I was matched with a first therapist, which upon reading her bio I didn’t think she was a good match for me. There’s an option to swap out therapists so that’s what I did. The second therapist felt like a good match in terms of what my needs are and I was right. It’s a brilliant way to do therapy, and even today, for instance, I received a notification that she’s going on holiday, but if it’s an emergency I can still message her. The quality of our sessions is really good and she’s so professional yet personal at the same time. She has given me different exercises, helped with sleep and has given me printouts to work on. There’s no pressure, but I feel better when I work on them. Taking the first step is the hardest, but I’m so glad that I did.

I could do the therapy on my schedule as my work schedule is very very variable as to when I go in and get off. BetterHelp allows me to get the help I need when I have the allotted time for therapy. My therapist listens great and offers multiple solutions to obtain my goals that I’ve listed as primary to get out of therapy

BetterHelp has been an absolute God send. They paired me up with a phenomenal counselor very quickly and I began to take steps towards improving my mental health almost immediately. This app has provided me with tools, support groups, and seemingly just about anything I need to conquer the parts of myself that need correcting. I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone who is struggling mentally or with addiction. This a great first step.

I travel for a living so having an online video option to speak with a therapist is amazing. My therapist is not only helpful with her feedback, but truly listens, she doesn't judge and I feel she really cares about my well being. I don't feel like I have a therapist, I feel like I found a friend. Which makes the experience less impersonal and very comfortable. I believe in doing things with ease and this is absolutely one of the EASEiest. What more could you ask for!
