BetterHelp is a great platform in investing the space and energy to develop yourself through therapy, support groups and classes. What drew me to BetterHelp is the non clinical modality. The sheer comfort of having a therapist without the formalities of a clinical atmosphere. To be about to scroll through the different classes each week, it gives me empowerment for my choices. The support groups are very emphatic in that communal environment. As a night shift worker, I am able to get the therapeutic help I need through BetterHelp.

I have received so much information and so much understanding during my therapy with BetterHelp. I had no idea what to expect and am so pleased at the quality of my therapy. I can honestly say that this has helped me cope with a very difficult time in my life and I wish I had started earlier. Easy to schedule times and many options for group and individual sessions.
