Great experience that I needed to get life on track

I put off calling for a few weeks as the experience of video therapy was new to me. That was a wasted few weeks! My therapist is a great match and our sessions have been extremely helpful.

I was very bored today and I needed great help.

Better Help has been an excellent way for me to connect with a very helpful psychologist. I suffer from a chronic illness, but can make it to every appointment because I never have to leave my home.

Better help was offered to me at my University. From initial stance. They contact you back with in the time the say they will. Then you speak to live agent. Then they assign you a counselor. Very user friendly seamless experience. Once you get matched with a counselor. You can choose chat, zoom or phone call. In between that time you can log your thoughts and send them to ur cou senor or keep to yourself. You get goals. Honestly I love it!

The thing that I appreciate about BetterHelp is the way they match you with a theapist that is qualified for your issues. Monica has experience in areas that are relatable to me. I have made great progress with her help! I also like the online sessions. It is so convenient .

Highly capable therapist , with the ability to send a text whenever I need to ( she can respond as she’s available). Also all the free online classes I want to sign up for every week. Well worth the cost, incredibly convenient. I can do chores while listening to the class, and have my kids in the next room watching a movie while I’m in the kitchen getting some Better Help! Praise God for this platform!

I'm only using BetterHelp thanks to Eminem's last MV. He gave us a month of free theraphy to use and it's been extremely helpful so far. I've heard some complaints about some therapists but my therapist has been great. I definitely recommend it. My only concern is the price, I have to cancel it after the free month. If I had the money, I would LOVE to keep the subscription. So, long story short, you can trust BetterHelp and change your therapist even if you want to.
