Greatly underestimated how much I needed therapy. Better help provides the convenience I needed

My Therapist has already helped me in so many ways, when I thought that therapy wouldn't really make an impact on my life. After three sessions I am more equipped with tangible and useable advice that is actively improving my life and how I think about my actions. On top of this, all of the access and support you get from BetterHelp - journalling, messaging, the choice of video calls or phone calls etc is an added bonus that helps me fit in my therapy without sitting for hours trying to manage my diary or time.

Yet, if you aren't fully satisfied after your first visit or two, it's easy to switch until you find the right fit for you. Their online site and mobile app make it easy to send important messages to your therapist between sessions, schedule or change appointments, and keep a journal of your healing journey if you wish. I love that you can chose between virtual, in person or call meetings depending on your availability and needs. And if you want additional information, education, support and guidance, there are groups sessions and webinars you can sign up for at no additional cost. With most HMO or PPO health plans, their in-house pool of therapists are limited and you often get stuck with who you get assigned based on their limited resources. I’ve had 2 therapist with Betterhelp and both have been excellent. I like the ease of scheduling and flexibility of times. They also offer group sessions which are catered to specific issues and communities that help you feel less alone.

It's great! You can choose your therapist among many and with different characteristics, change it whenever you want, you have different workshops available, you can stop whenever you want, and at an affordable price, what else can I say, It is wonderful
