Better help is great. I like I have quick access to a therapist. I would give a 5 star but the reason I gave a 4 is because I would like to see opportunity to be able to sit one on one with a therapist. Talking and video calling just isn’t the same when you’re trying to better yourself in life. Nothing like being physically present with another person that you’re looking up to for direction.

I love Betterhelp. I have given it 4 stars as I have been through a number of therapists that didn't match or weren't very good to get to the one I am currently with who is amazing. The fact you can just change therapists without hassle has been so useful to me. You also get 1 class/group a week included and I've been to some fantastic groups and there are so many options to choose from.

Better help provide me with great therapy and flexibility. Sometimes, the video quality was off and there were some troubles with connection. I also dislike that they don’t take insurance. Other than that, it’s great.

You pay for 4 sessions per month and if you don’t use them you lose them and pay for them for nothing. Then they automatically renew you for another month. My therapist was good but I paid for 8 sessions and only got three. Moving on to a company where you only pay for sessions you use what a joke. PLEASE NOTE, BetterHelp has refunded me and sent a much appreciated detailed explanation after receiving a complaint I sent directly to them, good job BetterHelp.

We try to make it clear specifically what you're getting access to with each payment so you can decide how you can maximize the benefit of the service for yourself. Memberships renew automatically, but can be extended if there are issues utilizing one of the features (such as live sessions) due to therapist availability. It seems our Member Success team may have already replied to your email and found a solution for you, but if that's not the case, please feel free to reply directly to that email thread.
