Over all at first was super hesitant but I gave it a shot, I was low income after Covid and mentally struggling. I reached out and was able to work out a low income rate to afford therapy, I’ve had a few therapist I just didn’t match with but I didn’t give up! Finally I met a therapist that I really connect with and really find helpful, it’s made a major improvement to my mental state and over all abilities to tolerate higher stress situations and manage anxiety or other things. Better helps customer service is already very fast and helpful, I’ve had no issues with billing and anything I needed to be fixed or what not was done easily with their services. Give it a shot your self, what have you got to loose

What i liked about Betterhelp is how quick it was to have help. And when i was in troible financially they also gave my some help for that. They were also easy to connect with if you have any question.

I had a bad experience with my first therapist, but I didn't give up and found one I clicked with. I like that I was able to change therapists so quickly and was presented with a lot of options. I love that I can specify what type of therapist I want (ex. male/female). I love all of the options for communication (ex. live chat, phone, or video). I love that I can message my therapist throughout the day and they can get back to me when free. I love that I can journal and share with my therapist if I'm feeling like it. I love how affordable it is and most of all I love that I am starting to feel changes in myself. I am smiling more and even on days I'm struggling I feel myself wanting to take the positive steps to take myself out of that anxious place. I would highly recommend.
