This service has been an immense help for me. The counsellor I was paired with is incredible. She has similar experiences to me, and has been so supportive and helpful along my journey. There was no wait….it was just straight into getting the support I needed, at a very difficult time in my life. I’m on my third month and feel it’s helped me keep my head above water so much.

I highly recommend BetterHelp! They have therapists that professionally and knowledgeably help those of us who may have time or physical barriers that make it near impossible to have in person sessions by providing a flexible variety of scheduling availability including early morning, late evening and weekend options. They also offer a variety of ways to connect either video chat, phone or text. Individual and group sessions are available and included. They have helpful tools and exercises provided as worksheets that they can self to you that provide additional benefit as you work through your situations, emotions, etc. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner!

The 1-2-1 therapy is fantastic, continued support outside of those weekly online video calls has been priceless to me. My therapist has guided me through what has been a particularly rocky period of my life, and I really value and am very grateful for her support over the last 4 months. Outside of that there’s a plethora of webinars to sign up for that they send you the recording of to watch any time within a seven-day period and they have been equally helpful. I am so pleased I took the leap to join the service. It might just turn out to be the best decision I ever made.
