Helpful organization that's worth the cost!

I wasn’t sure how effective therapy over the internet would be, but I gave it a shot. When I realized I could do work just as profoundly as face-to-face, I also realized this option removes the limitation of location and specialization. We now have the option to choose a therapist that best fits our needs, instead of settle for the only guy in town. Try it, you might be surprised!

I felt that the process was very simple, and quick to sign up and get a therapist assigned to help me. Although I did not know where to start, my therapist was very easy to start communication with and the video conference adds the personal touch I was afraid I would not get.

This is in my opinion the best service for people who don't have allot of time to go in for appointments. They match you with the best therapists and you have multiple options on how to talk with your therapist. I recommend better help to allot of people whenever possible. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

This was a lot better then I thought. Between matching you with a best candidate, offering you more then one therapist to better suit to your needs, and the affordability. That alone was a game changer.

I was offered a trial session for a month at a perfect timing when I was struggling in my life. I got matched with a professional therapist with 6 years experience in trauma, couples therapy, child therapy, etc. I couldn't ask for a better person. She was so helpful and this is the first time I am trying therapy as many friends have said it has been helpful for them. After two sessions, I believe it's a good and healthy add on to life- as a review here mentioned it's like vegetables in your diet. My therapist has helped to identify what I was going through, coach me into finding solutions and try to understand where my anxiety was coming from. I felt like a weight has lifted from me and I feel heard. Really appreciated my time with her. Although my situation is not a serious case, I do feel that Betterhealth does offer a solution as it is reasonably priced (compared to what is available in my local area is astronomical) and easily accessible. With video conferencing I am able to schedule virtually a time that suits the both of us at the comfort of our own homes from two different time zones. I would definitely recommend this as an option and even perhaps a try out for those that are considering some healthy light therapy.
