BetterHelp is a very trusted website that is there to help anyone. I am so blessed they were there when I needed them. I hated driving to a therapist. I do not like group sessions but I do love that they have one on one FaceTime sessions so I can take it anywhere. I get to choose the best time and dates for me. It’s so convenient and user friendly. I highly recommend BetterHelp. You can only get better using them.

I found a great therapist who’s helped my changed my life and find tools to navigate experiences by myself in a way I couldn’t imagine. I was lucky to find the therapist that worked for me on the first try and I’ve always had a good experience with the platform and if I ever needed to reach out for help with non-therapy related things. I really enjoy this online therapy program. It offers financial aid help and as well keeps checking up on you and your wellness throughout your sessions. It’s nice to visually see your improvement from the start to present. My therapist is a great fit for me and I’m glad I have her help. I wish I would have started sooner but what matters is that I’m in it now. Don’t hesitate any longer like I have. It was a life changer for the better and I’m here for it. It’s more beneficial this way because I don’t have to leave work to go attend my sessions.
