I appreciate the semi structured approach too, as it gives us something tangible to work on .. this conversation just flows. I’m looking forward to more on this therapy journey with her.

Better Help is a wonderful choice for me. My therapist is available by chat, I have online classes to chose from and my therapist is licensed in my state. The video chats are useful and there are daily journaling prompts I can write about and keep or share.

Betterhelp is fair in their billing- my therapist was unavailable for a few weeks due to the recent hurricanes, so BH delayed my billing until the therapist was able to get internet/wifi again. I had expected to have to pester them to comp me the 3 weeks my therapist was unavailable, but THEY contacted ME to say they were delaying my billing until I could meet with my therapist again.
