I recently joined BetterHelp after a friend shared her experience with them. I so wish I had learned about this much sooner.. but it’s never too late to stop dragging around past trauma and stop being a victim. Narcissistic abuse can be crippling, especially if you are unaware of what is happening. The stress of caring for elderly parents, lack of self care, losing the joy in life: guess what!!! It does not have to be a life robbed of joy. There are solutions, there are highly skilled therapists that have solutions. I can not believe the dedication I am seeing. The cost is such a value and affordability that I feel like I’m getting more than I should 😂.. and this is way better than driving to an office (who knew). Thanks for my HOPE being answered

I have been blessed with an amazing therapist who has become fundamental in helping me cope with a family tragedy. I cannot speak highly enough of BetterHelp and their tremendous team.

The Platform was easy to use and convenient to my busy schedule. I'm a working mom of 4 active kids and I was able to find a time to meet with my therapist as often as I needed to. My therapist match was perfect for me. My therapist was kind, attentive, & respectful yet challenged me to hear some hard truths and make some very positive changes in my life. I feel better equipped to handle the daily tasks/challenges in my life as well as handle some very difficult relationships. I highly recommend the BetterHelp platform as well as my therapist!

Easy to schedule appointments, experienced therapists, fantastically convenient!

Better Help was a great alternative to traditional therapy as I was bedridden and couldn’t drive to a therapist’s office. I was matched with a therapist who had similar beliefs and attitude towards therapy. It would have been better if they took insurance but they didn’t.

BetterHelp has been a game-changer for me. As a busy person, the virtual therapy option is incredibly approachable and convenient. The platform is affordable, works with my insurance, and allows me to access therapy without having to visit a physical location. I love having the flexibility to choose between phone calls or video calls based on my preference, and being able to do this from the privacy and comfort of my own home has made therapy feel much more accessible. BetterHelp has made it so much easier for me to say yes to prioritizing my mental health, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for support.

I've found the platform to be easy to use. There's never been one glitsch! My therapist is kind and helpful, and she's never been one minutes late. The whole experience has been very positive and easy.
