For an organization that's supposed to function as a flexible, cheap alternative to the abysmal world of mental health treatment, it's horrendous. My partner has been in great need of help, but couldn't afford it elsewhere. The therapist ghosted her on the first week and cancelled with minimal notice on the third week. Moreover the therapist will barely ever answer her messages. It's as if they're mental health councilors with no understanding of the urgency with which their clients seek them. My partner is disheartened, frustrated and deeply disappointed with what seemed to be a glimmer of hope. As she said, it's like a side hustle for these people, there's no genuine sense of care outside of what's needed to pad their pockets. I know others have drastically different experiences than hers, but hers was drastically terrible.

Entirely regret the purchase, poor slow response most of the time, otherwise wait days for a reply. Would not consider recommending to anyone.

If you look at these reviews, there is a strong indication they are fake with generic bot names and only 1 review per account. I never really use trust pilot but I felt so ashamed and let down by the company that I had to leave a review. This company asks you multiple personal questions up front before you even sign up (most likely so they can sell your extremely personal data to third parties). Then they will take a large sum of money up front even if you select a pay weekly/monthly option. I am pretty sure the only reason I got it back is because I opened a PayPal dispute (as there was no confirmation of how much I'd be paying until I had already paid). This company could be seen to be taking advantage of vulnerable people who are just trying their best to improve their mental health. Goes to show you should be extremely skeptical before looking into a service that advertises so aggressively on instagram. I hope everyone who is looking for help via this service, goes down a different, less exploitative avenue to find it.

I was in need of help so filled out the information, including a few sentences asking why I wanted a counselor. I received an automated email from a counselor asking for a few sentences about why I wanted help. I couldn't even ask if she had access to the sentences that I had already sent without paying $260, which I was unwilling to do at that stage. I received a lot of nag emails, including one offering me a 7-day free trial, but, when I clicked on the link, I was just prompted to pay money (although this time there was a one-week option for $80).

Such a rip off. Charged me for the full month immediately as soon as I joined and I decided it wasn’t for me after a few days and they gave me a refund for 3 weeks at least....then charged me for the full month again! Such a scam. Automated messages from ‘counsellors’ too. Worst decision to join.

Signed up for the one week free trial, my video chat with the therapist kept getting postponed and so I never got to do anything. I left before the trial ended and they still charged my card for 180 dollars...I had to file a dispute with my bank. An absolute rip off
