My therapist is awesome

BetterHelp has been a great way to support my needs with therapy and has been so flexible in accommodating my schedule! I love doing therapy from home on a video call and not needing to dress up and drive somewhere for a session.

I have tried multiple in-person therapist in the past. I know it takes time to find the right fit but it can be frustrating to invest time in a therapist who isn’t the right fit. Especially when you are in crisis. I reached out to better help during crisis and they were able to provide me instant relief by just talking to me via txt for a while until I felt better. Then I answered a series of questions and was connected to a therapist. Hands down the best therapist I have ever had. I am already feeling better and I am excited about my next session. I feel challenged and supported! It’s a great feeling. Looking forward to digging deeper with IFS.
