I've used betterhelp before, my therapist was helpful and really listened, helping me become more accepting and giving me more of an understanding of why I feel the way I do. This was two years ago, and last night, I was curious about prices to do it again, and whilst holding my baby, I accidentally signed up for a membership and had money come straight out of my account. I panicked as I couldn't afford this with being on maternity leave and wrote to the customer service team worried that I may not get a refund. However, thankfully I received a very speedy response later that evening, to say they would process a full refund, and offering the opportunity to apply for discounted sessions if they felt I qualified for them. Never had any issues with betterhelp, I will definitely look into signing back up again in the near future when I can afford it. Thank you to Jenne who received and responded to my request with just the news I needed to hear, and for kindly offering the option to apply for discounted sessions!
