They are who they say they are, they have experts that work with patients and care about the patient in regards to scheduling with various formats of communication. I have recommended their to so many friends and family.

I cannot express how helpful and user-friendly the BetterHelp system is. Very easy to book therapist, which they match for you depending on your issues, and I was given a perfect match. The therapist was brilliant and experienced and was able to explain in the first session why my life was unravelling. BetterHelp, don't change a thing you are absolutely doing a fantastic job.

The quality and expertise of the therapists are excellent, and the customer service regarding billing, etc., is also great. A friend once told me that she thought sites like these were scams-- they're not. Like anything else, online access to a therapist makes "healing" more available to a wider range of people.
