Very convenient platform for a fair…
Very convenient platform for a fair price. The main advantage is that you are being helped immediately and consistantly, which is most of the time quite necessary in mental health. My therapst given was also very capable. One negative is that I had some technical issues with the group sessions part but they are activly trying to solve it, so they communicate well, which is nice. Also the classes section is super nice as an additional benefit of the subscription.

Probably Tops Traditional Therapy 1000 to 1
My experience with BetterHelp has greatly improved my day-to-day life. My therapist is amazing. I don't know how she listens to people's bullshit all day long and still is so cheerful and funny. I was scared of therapy, but now I'm so glad that I took the plunge and tried it. My review would be 5 stars except for the fact that everything depends on working internet and cell connections. Technology!

I recommend DRAZENKA Bjelobaba for anxiety and stress
I have had a wonderful experience with DRAZENKA Bjelobaba. She is very respectful, and asks the right questions. Normally with therapy I do not expect an equal 2-way conversation but it was great and I knew how to speak up and understand my thought patterns. The reason for the 4 starts is because I tried a different therapist to try a specific therapy approach and the person wasnt professional. The team (Betterhelp) is supportive and assisted me with finding what I need.

Self Care in a new way
Would be 5 stars if I had a bit more customization for paying for sessions; but this concept and platform has been really helpful. I heard about BetterHelp from the podcast Armchair Expert, as it had been awhile since I have but my mental health first and needed to find a new therapist since moving out East. I was matched with a great resource who has really helped me focus on a few key things that I have been overlooking. I am a few months in and am happy to have this avenue of support and development. Even love that I was provided with a thank you gift as a supporter of BetterHelp and now have a journaling book outside of the platform.
