This app has made therapy easy and accessible for my busy schedule. I can take care of myself with out having to put my life on hold.

My sister recommended betterhelp. I love how convenient it is with offering video sessions. My therapist was experienced, listened, sent me relevant reading materials, helped me refine my goals while being supportive. I have started a new job, completed my Masters degree and feel motivated to live life. I have learned to set boundaries with myself and others.

BetterHelp has been a great therapy service so far. I really enjoy being able to message my therapist when / if something urgent comes up. The video calls are less scary than I initially thought they would be and I have begun to enjoy them more than the in-person sessions I had in the past. I highly recommend BetterHelp if you are wanting an easily accessible therapy services while at home, on trips, or even traveling. (All you need is internet access and a phone or computer.) It is all online and the app is very handy. The journal prompts are also nice if you don't know where to start on your therapy journey.

Choosing to join BetterHelp is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Having had several therapists in the past, I know how difficult and stressful it is starting with a new therapist. But BetterHelp even made that part easy. After putting in my main concerns and what I was looking for in a therapist, the list BetterHelp provided was spot on. I was able to see each therapists' profile and make an informed decision. It was also a relief that I could change if I didn't click with the one I chose. But from the first meeting, I knew immediately that I had chosen correctly. The ability to join a session online is probably the best thing for me because I don't have to add additional travel time to and from my appointment. Being able to reschedule is great because sometimes work and life happen. Being able to communicate with my therapist via messaging is HUGE. I can send a message if I am struggling with something and I know my therapist will respond. The different group meetings are fantastic and there are so many options. They really give that extra help in between counseling sessions. I am very open with everyone that am in counseling and have pointed several people to BetterHelp. I would give 1000000 stars if I could.
