My therapist, Louise Dowkes has been brilliant. She quickly grasped my needs and ways of working and has held me gently through some tough conversations. There are issues I thought were unsolvable for me, long standing ways of thinking that she has helped me to resolve which has positively impacted my mental health. My experience with Betterhelp has been amazing and so helpful. I was not confident in the beginning that video or phone therapy would be as helpful as in-person visits, but my wonderful therapist, Maria, has been amazing at helping me process complex, traumatic grief with child loss.
