Really wish sessions were longer it's hard to get everything I need out of 45 mins

Therapist was exactly what I needed, automatic billing was a little confusing and annoying at times but the help services was quick to respond and sorted out my issue in no time.

I really like my therapist and she is a good match for me. I really like that I can do the therapy over the phone without worrying about video conferencing. It makes things very easy for me. My therapist is also very flexible with her time, making therapy useful and not just a burden

The entire process of finding a therapist is easy, the better help company did the hard work for me, so I saved a lot of time and effort. My therapist is great, the on-line model alows me to find time for my therapy even thougt I'm busy, overloaded with work and stress. It is helping me a lot. In case of technical issues the customer service has answered my e-mail in a timely manner.

I think it's a good and affordable option. I was able to find a good therapist there that made me feel confortable and undertood.

While the app is really useful to get a therapist, I feel the only thing it’s missing is the ability to use insurance, since it’s really expensive and not having the option to use health insurance is really affecting me in if I should keep going with it or not

BetterHelp is great. It has helped me get access to the mental health care I need. My only critique about it is that it has a lot of mediocre therapists and it took some time to find the right one, but I finally did, and will be continuing on this platform as long as my therapist is here.
