They went out of their way to make sure we get our paddles on tiime And did not even charge us form the emxoress shipping. Yhey are friendly and easy to deal with and definitely plan to use them again.

Our organization purchased paddles several years ago. They have held up beautifully. Because a number of quests have taken the paddles home I recently ordered paddles to replace the ones lost. John was great to work with. I highly recommend Better Bidders!

The downfall here is the lack of a customer service mindset. I had to contact the business multiple times just to place an order and after purposefully ordering our paddles early to prepare for our event, our order was consistently pushed back because "we had time" in favor of other orders. After being told it took 2-3 weeks to receive, it ultimately took about 5 weeks. And I had to be the one to reach out about the status. After being told it was good to arrive by a certain date, they supposedly had a major printer issue - which is very unfortunate - but they didn't contact their customers to let them know there was an issue and expect delays, they just didn't say anything and again waited for us to reach out about our missing product. Ultimately the product arrived and are great, but the lack of a strong customer service model probably will keep us from working with them again.

Paddles were fine but it took entirely too long to receive our order. We ordered the paddles in February and did not receive until the week of our event in April, only after having to call and email company twice. Unacceptable.

Paddles are high quality, fairly priced, and the willingness of Mr. Murphy to work with our organization is truly appreciated. Meeting the shipping deadline was the only concern. Better Bidders is my FAVORITE auction paddle company. I will always come back.
