Better Bidders Inc.Reviews of betterbidders.com

John is great to work with. Very fast response time and very accommodating on our quick turnaround time!

Very friendly and helpful (helped with a custom order & volume), although at times hard to get a hold of.

We ordered paddles twice from Better Bidders. After the first order, we realized we were going to need additional paddles for an upcoming auction. I reached out to John explaining our short time-frame deadline, and he assured us it would not be a problem. Our paddles were delivered within the deadline, with a few days to spare. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

Good experience working with Better Bidders! John was responsive and helpful when we had changes to our order. It came a little later than the hands-in date but we built in some cushion room and had them when we needed it! Would recommend :)

We have been using Better Bidders for years. The quality is wonderful- the only reason we have to re order is because some of our guests take the bid paddles home as souvenirs! Our orders are processed quickly and we receive our order well before the needed date .

John Murphy was great to work with. We only had a small order compare to large companies. The signs turned out fantastic!

I have worked with John at Bettter Bidders and I am very pleased with his service and the quality of their products. Marcia Hailey, ID

John was great to work with and we really appreciate his help and service. I wish there was an option for removing half a star because they wouldn't mail to a PO Box despite shipping via USPS. But, if you live in the real world where shipping comes in any form, their service is superior. I should note, we haven't received our product yet, but have seen their work in other organizations in town and it is awesome!
