I had the opportunity to work with John and Better Bidders just last month. I had a really large, important auction scheduled so I reached out to Better Bidders to help me design a really cool looking bidder paddle. After collaborating with them on the design, I went with their recommendations. When I received the paddles, I was so HAPPY! They were even better than what I expected. The client for my last event decided to add a Raise the Paddle auction to their annual dinner to aid the North Bay Fire Relief fund. I had just over a week's notice to source and receive them to prepare for our fundraiser, so I called John who reassured me that he could deliver in time, and he did! Easy to work with and a good product. I highly recommend Better Bidders.

This was by far the most stressful order I have placed with Better Bidders over the last few years. I placed my order over a month in advance of my event. The day my order was due to arrive I contacted BB for a tracking number. John told me they were behind and were just sending the order that day, three days before my event date. The order did not arrive until three days after the event date I had given in my order. Having worked with John in the past I thought ahead and added a week to my 'due date', so the order actually arrived five days before my real event. Had I not done that, the order would not have arrived and I am not sure what we would have done during our live auction on that short notice.

Working with Better Bidders was great! We also used their removable labels on the bid paddles we ordered. They labels were wonderful, and came off with out a hitch. Better Bidders also personally delivered the labels, which was amazing!

We received our paddles in a very timely manner. Great quality and very friendly service.
