Great quality product and wonderful customer service. John was extremely attentive and helped walk us through every available option. Our paddles turned out wonderfully and we are extremely happy with the result.

Excellent service - quality, price, timely delivery, honest dealing.

John at Better Bidders was great! I oftentimes have a last minute request for large orders for marketing purposes before staff leave on trips to conferences, etc. Rarely am I able to get it taken care of without spending tons on expedited shipping and lots of stress trying to find what we need. John worked with me to find exactly what we had ordered in the past, walked me through what I would need and promised to ship as soon as our conversation was over in order to get the paddles we needed here-all for under what I had budgeted! Talking about what I needed, getting it ordered, and prepared by john for send-off took about 15 minutes - which never happens for me! I will definitely look to contacting john for any similar needs and look forward to receiving our product in tact and on time and spreading the word about the business at our marketing/PR conference!

When I called John late on a Friday night from Hollywood CA, He probably knew he shouldn't have answered the phone. I had a custom job that needed to be finessed with a third party producer and rushed back to LA for a film shoot on Monday morning. He never flinched! I had his personal cell number in seconds of the first call. We chatted, texted... chatted some more. He worked into the evening and all day Saturday. We had some shipping confusion and he handled that too. The package was delivered precisely when he said it would and the producer of the segment couldn't have been more pleased. John was confident in his work and had my back the whole way. On top of all that, the paddles were perfect. Colors, materials, design... all top notch. Just like the guy who runs Better Bidders. He has all my future work. 5 Stars!

This company is awesome! Ordered a product that when shipped the shipping company ruined. Not only did I get a refund but they made me another for free. The product came in and is perfect! I can't tell you how much we appreciated the customer service and we will be ordering more in the future!

Their service is good. They don't always answer emails right away, but if you call they are very responsive.
