Once I received the finished product I was very happy. It did take a while to receive my product which made me nervous that they wouldn't arrive on time. Other than that my experience was pleasant.

I had to email and call several times to find out how to place an order. I almost gave up. After that, communication was prompt and questions were answered. I was never asked when I needed the order. I was never asked how I wanted the package shipped. These paddles are for a charity luncheon, not to be held until May 9th and every cent counts, but the package was shipped at a very expensive rate, costing us $80.00, instead of giving us the choice for ground shipping, which comes out of our profits for special needs children and adults. Other than that the paddles look good.

Personal & Helpful! John at Better Bidders was very involved in the process of getting our paddles to use before our event. It was already a rush order and then their machine broke BUT he still got the order done and to us before our event!
