I am very pleased with the paddles I ordered for jury use. They are good quality and should last for years to come. My conversations with the company were always pleasant and helpful.

John produces quality work but is slow to respond to emails and you have to constantly follow up with him. I sent a request for a reorder in August and told him I had an event on December 1. He sent me the paddles late and they had the wrong logo. He should improve his communication and timeliness with this customers.

We are having an auction at our business holiday party this year. We needed plain paddles that we intend on embellishing ourselves. Due to an error on our end, we ordered a single paddle instead of the eighty we need for the event. John at Better Bidders sensed the error, reached out and made my order right. We have not yet received the paddles, but on the exemplary service alone, Better Bidders deserves an excellent review.
