My organization always uses Better Bidders for our auction paddles. The paddles last for years, and normally every year we just replace a few paddles that were lost. I've reached out to John personally with questions, for shipping updates, etc. and he always responds personally. I highly recommend Better Bidders.

It was so great being able to have a company take care of our paddles for our yearly auction and have them turn out as great as they did. It’s a great price point. It takes you the buyer to reach out for updates but I didn’t mind. Once my mock-up was approved I had my paddles within 7-10 days.

Better Bidders had exactly the paddles we needed for our auction at a price that was comparable to other companies. We ordered the 2mm which while still a good product was thin. In the future and to anyone looking to buy I would look to go up to the 3.5mm. Communication was average. I had place the order months ahead of our event to avoid unnecessary stress. I had to reach out regarding the status of our order to find out that it was delayed. We got the order the week of our event.

I found John to be very helpful and efficient when ordering our paddles. The quality and design took our event to the next level. The various sizes and shapes offered make our events very festive! Thank you John, and I look forward to working together next year!!

The products arrived in time for our event and are great- can't beat the quality! I must keep a star back because at times, the team is a little hard to get a hold of, and confirmations of an order are difficult to come by. They are quick to respond when you call them with a request for documentation. As I said above, the products arrived and are great, though they are behind their originally-promised arrival date.Unfortunately, this does back up against our other preparation timelines. We are grateful for John and the quality product he creates through Better Bidders!

Our charity worked with John last year to get paddles made for our annual event, and they were great! This year, we used his service that allowed us to replace specific paddle numbers that were lost or ruined. Once again, everything turned out great! Thanks so much!
