I had the worst experience with them after ordering a PCR test. The test result I received just had a PIN number and no name or any other details. I needed my name on the result to show at work. I had to call customer care more than 10 times and every time they assured me to address my concern ASAP but nothing! I even agreed to pay them more (extra charges for a fit to fly certificate) to get my name on the test results but still no response. Dealing with them was such a nightmare.

Have used these guys twice. Have received good efficient basic test service and helpful customer service.

This is the first time I have used bettertoknow, and up to now, the service has been very good. My test kit has been dispatched today, and I can track it. I am due to fly back to Spain on 8th January, so have plenty time to do the test and get it back to lab in time for my Fit to Fly certificate. All emails have been answered promptly. I received my results promptly with my Fit to Fly certificate in time for my flight on 8th January. Would definitely recommend this company to my fellow carers.

Decided to skip the risk of sending via Royal Mail and personally delivered to their London lab location. Delivered on morning of 27th December at about 11am, results back by 11.45am on 28th December. Very pleased indeed!

What a great service, I can’t think for the life of me how we ever got to the stage where spending 4 times the cost of a flight would be spent on a test to be allowed to get on an aircraft. However if I was ever going to do it again it would be with these guys, as long as they are not a government operation as I’ve got very little faith in the British government these days. Very happy with the professional service from start to finish and the quick results. They were the only ones I found that were open over Christmas. I personally submitted my test into their London office on the 23rd December and they emailed me my results on the 25th December at 7am, best Christmas present! I would use them again.

I couldn’t believe the speed of these results! I’d had a weakened sense of smell over a few months, then failing to notice that the cat had peed in the bed made me decide to get a C-19 antibody test! I didn’t expect results the very next day after posting the test kit off. The test was straightforward, included everything needed and the instructions very clear. My blood didn’t come out very easily but I can’t fault Better2Know for that!
