PCR swab test fit to fly - amazing service. The bad reviews below need to get real, seriously! All instructions are on the website and clearly stated on the instructions in the box. The process couldn't be simpler and easier to use given all the current circumstances! We ordered 2 Covid tests which arrived Wednesday 11am, we sent them back (using a Royal Mail Priority postbox as instructed) that afternoon and the tests were delivered to the lab early the next morning (Thursday). My boyfriend got his result the following day (Friday) around 1pm as his flight was Sat morning. I got my results Saturday morning for my flight on Sunday. This shows they do take the flight details into consideration for prioritising people, as we sent them off at the same time. We were worried as the timing for his flight was cutting it fine within the 48hr window, but his results came back within 30 hrs of delivery to the lab! This was all done on probably the worst week of the year in terms of Christmas post backlog and 2 bank holidays within 1 week! All emails were responded to promptly and politely. Overall a great service, thank you.

Excellent service for the COVID 19 PCR home test! I ordered the PCR test online and it arrived the following day. The instructions were very clear and the self testing process was easy. I contacted Better2Know several times over consecutive days and they were quick to respond to my queries. As my test was scheduled over the Christmas period, there were many unknown factors for delivery and testing. However, I was reassured throughout the whole process. I received my test results on time and my flight schedule was taken into account. I would definitely recommend this service and will use the company again in the near future. Paid £250 for two standard COVID-19 PCR tests. We posted them on December 19th and the tracking confirmed they arrived at the lab on the 20th. It is now January 10th and we have yet to receive our test results. I have rung the Better 2 Know number multiple times to try and get an update. The first time I was told that someone would email me and no one did. I tried ringing again last week and after being on hold for 45 minutes, concerningly I was somehow put through to another customer who started telling me about his health issues thinking I was a customer service agent! (Not very secure). I eventually got hold of someone who was able to contact the results team, only to be told that the lab hadn’t even started processing our test kits yet. Given we sent the test kits 3 weeks ago and still no results I requested a refund and was directed to email Louise, who has not replied to either of my emails. If you need a COVID test avoid this company as there’s no guarantee you’ll get your results. UPDATE: Someone from the customer service department rang me on Monday and I have now received a full refund as our test kits would by now be far too old to process. They told me they would also look into the issue where I got connected to another customer on their phone line. I was told the reason for the delay was that Royal Mail never delivered our tests, despite the post tracking saying ‘delivered’, so I’m not sure I buy this. Whether or not the kits were delivered, this doesn’t really excuse it taking 3 emails, a poor review and several phone calls to get a response/ refund, although they did apologise for this.

Very happy with the service I received from Better2Know; pre-test enquiries handled efficiently and quickly and results delivered well within the 24-hour window. Very impressed.

AVOID. Paid £245 for a pcr COVID test with 24hr results. Results only just returned (over a week late). Customer service utterly useless and not reasonable at all. So disappointed with their service.

Dear contact person who does not respond to three emails sent. Tomorrow will be the twentieth day since I posted the test sample back to Better2Know. No email in response to my emails to you or receipt of the email that should say test result has been posted. PENDING, after 20 days is disgraceful. Where are the results or any communication from Better2Know to let me know? Audrey I was not happy with the response from better2Know. I was clear Better2Know in my opinion knowingly sent out more tests than there was capacity for processing to return results in the time frame advertised (24 -72 hours) and consequently a management/logistics responsibility for your own chaos and then there is the unbelievable rudeness to not just me but many clients. TOo greedy and disgusting for any more words.

Efficient and excellent service. Staff were very helpful and always there to answer questions and queries, giving good advice. I’ll definitely recommend them. Thank you Better 2 Know for job well done. Please keep up the good work.
