Great you can call and speak to someone but totally rubbish as lost our day 2 Covid tests so no result! Here’s hoping the day 8 results come through but I don’t hold out much hope!

The service was about a covid fit to fly certificate. I received the test the next day with full detailed instructions. Fast replies in the emails. Certificate received well on time with all the details required. Highly recommended!

I returned to the UK recently and used Better2Know for my 2&8 day tests and can say I've had a positive experience. Booking the tests was easy, it cost £209. I received clear instructions in separate emails for day 2 and day 8 test results and the login details and passwords. I also received confirmation of the booking and a receipt in a timely manner. I received a notification each time a test was dispatched with tracking details for both ways. The first test arrived on time despite it being Easter. The package included clear and concise instructions and the pre paid return package as promised. I received my Day 2 test results 36 hours after it had arrived back at the lab. The Day 8 test arrived on time and I received my result the same day as the lab received my package. I would gladly use them again. I found them very responsive to any questions and over all it's been a great service! Very glad I chose these guys because I travel quite a bit for work as do many of my friends and they've had some horror stories using other companies. I'm recommending Better2Know to all of them. I ordered my 2 and 8 days tests and pretty satisfied with the experience. The tests came on time and included very clear instructions, pre-paid packaging to return the tests to the lab. My 2 day test result was ready on the 2 day after it was received by the lab, but the 8 day test result was ready the same day it was received by the lab. Overall really positive experience. And the service manager was very responsive and helpful!
