I've used Better2know for day 2 and 8 covid tests after arrival to UK. They are absolutely great! Very good communication, tests were on time and so the results. Very easy to use with clear instruction. I have to say that after reading that many companies don't even send the tests or results ( apparently is very common) I wasn't sure I would receive mine, but everything was great! I've already recommend it to my friends who are coming back to the UK soon. Thanks so much!

I ordered the Day 2 and Day 8 tests on Better2Know’s website. The confirmation email I received was very useful and provided lots of information about the tests and how it works. My test kits arrived promptly when expected and I received my results within a couple of days. Would definitely use Better2Know again

Don't use them. Go elsewhere, I ordered day 2 and day8 tests kits. Kit's are arrived on the day not before or anything else. Also no results after weeks. As return post label is a cheap one not a guaranteed ones. I sent back the samples and it never reached the facility on time, it was about more than week. I want my money back. Edit: Actually day to 2 test can be done from day 0 to day 2. Secondly still it's a joke. Last 2 weeks no results. 😅🙃

2 and 8 day Covid tests. The service team were very helpful and answered all my questions, and the kits arrived when they said they would - we have received our results and thankfully all okay. All in all a great service!
