I booked a Fit to Travel test kit on the 05/05/21, it arrived on the 06/05/21 guaranteed by 1pm, I done the test sent it back same day and then got my result and certificate emailed through late on the 07/05/21 and ready to fly on my required date. If you leave your flight details they ensure you will have the result in time providing you follow the instructions. The test kit is very well explained and does not take long to do, and comes with everything needed to return the sample. My company has lots of traveling employees and are now using Better2Know (Highly Recommended), plus if you have any queries, Louise Wright is on hand to help out via an email or phone.

Got my positive Covid Antibody test result impressively quickly! Problem was that all I could understand of the unintelligible result narrative was the word "Positive". The result is gobbledygook to a layman NOT customer-friendly plain English. I emailed for help in understanding what the numbers and jargon in the result actually meant ...I got a prompt reply but it wasn't an answer to any of the questions I'd asked A numerical test with the numbers unexplained is not very informative. Disappointing The co's response below is unimpressive. I know I have anti bodies and I know how I got them! The test result I was sent was in unintelligible jargon (eg" Result>2500.0U/mL") and unexplained mathematical symbols The numbers were difficult to understand and interpret. I did not expect to need a Drs appointment - which I presume costs extra - to understand the results I was sent of the test I'd bought.

Used for the day 2 and day 8 testing ( in April) after coming back to the UK. Day 2 test results arrived on the 6th day and day 8 test results were recieved after my 16th day. Thankfully I didnt buy the test and release Would not use again. Poor service and slow response.

I currently work in the UK, and I return to France once a month, and without Better2Know it wouldn't be so easy. I order 3 tests per month, the double test at 2 and 8 days that I order online and receive directly at the hotel, and a test to return to France. I admit that the first time I was very sorry, but when I received my 1st, everything was well explained and it was super easy to use. and in case of doubt or concerns there is always someone to meet my expectations. thank you better2Know.

COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE - NEVER USE! I paid for a 'Peace of Mind' test and was told the results would come within 48 hours - and paid 170e for this.... Then they changed their mind and told me I would get the results in 7 working days instead!!! It is now TWO WEEKS LATER and they still have not responded. I emailed a complaint to no avail, and they promised I would get a 'sped up test result'. However all false promises. It is like throwing away your money - just wait until you get home to get tested.
