The customer service on this site is horrible ! I’ve won and was able to withdraw no problem but don’t ask then a dam question or they will lick you out of your account ! It’s been 7 days since they locked me out and they send a email with well we need this to unlock your account send it in and they send another email asking for another document and again and agai. This has happened and I still can’t get into my account t to get my money out l! T hey say the have a A+ with the better Business bureau for customer service ! If that is true they paying someone off because it’s the worst I have ever seen! What a joke

They took my money with my card, but when I won they make you go though your checking account to get the winnings it's been almost 24hours and I still haven't gotten my winnings

these people are crooks.they will lure you in,then wont let you withdrawal .its like putting you and your money in a casino you cant leave until you have spent it all .i agree with everyone else when i say they should not be allowed to operate.if you have to get a dna test to prove your identity and have the ceo off your bank go to the casino to get your deposit it should be illegal.i am waiting for the day when some of you want to organize and start a case against these crooks.what ever you do DO NOT PLAY HERE! Well pretty much the same as everyone else on here. Have made several deposit, and no problem taken the money. But as soon as I wanted to withdrawal I had to send in 4 different docs. And my withdrawal has been sitting in queue for 4 days now. I’ve contacted customer service about 10 times and they all say they’re expediting it to the payment teams. Im really disappointed in the way I’ve been treated and will not be playing with BetRivers in the future

The worst most rigged online casino

I won $150 on Jan 5. They still have not paid out and they have started a "process" to investigate but have missed every one of their self-imposed timelines and keep referring me back to Live Player chat. I have complained to the alcohol and gaming commission but I don't hold that much hope for a resolution. I got screwed.
