I used to really enjoy this app. However, in recent weeks. It has done nothing but take, take and take!!! The odd days it does reward with decent wins or good bonuses. It first takes a couple hundred dollars of loses before even SLIGHTLY paying out. App has gone down hill big time in the last 4 weeks

I tried to withdraw $300 5 days ago and still haven't received it. I called every day and they tell me they will get it released in a couple hours because it's over the 72 hr wait. But still never received it. I will never play there again and do not recommend anyone else to either. I want my darn $300 now!!!!! Mgm pays you the next day with no problems.

I loved BetRivers at first. Then, randomly, they removed all ways for me to deposit money except for PayPal. I don’t gamble all my money away. I’m a nurse with a good hospital job. I’m not sure why they limited me, but I checked my email and they haven’t sent any emails to me about issues. So instead of reaching out to get this fixed, I’m choosing to never use their betting site again. Such a waste of time to try and jump through their hoops when I like BetMGM 100x better anyway. If you’re going to use an online casino site in Michigan, especially a smaller one like BetRivers little casino resort…try WynnBET or FourWinds. They don’t have bingo, which was the only huge plus to BetRivers, but they seem to have slots that win more, payout more, and they don’t mess around with how you can deposit and withdraw money.

Worst experience I’ve had trying to withdrawal I’m currently still waiting almost 3 weeks and was giving a ton of excuses then told by a manager to call my bank and when I did nothing was there, then I called back and was told nope it’s been approved should be in your account in 1-5 business days now a week after that The new excuse is oh there’s a problem with that withdrawal method and that’s all I get talk about unprofessional site I will never deposit on this site again I should of listen to previous reviews withdrawal is a nightmare please guys go to another site terrible customer service here as well!!!!!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE THESE GUYS WANT A DEBIT CARD BANK STATEMENT, HOW CAN A DEBIT CARD MATCH WITH AN ACCOUNT NUMBER ON A BANK STATEMENT? THESE GUYS ARE RUN BY CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS WHO TARGET GAMBLING ADDICTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY SAY THE PAYOUT IS FAST, BUT THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ABOUT THE PAYMENT AT ANY STAGE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. PLEASE, THIS WEBSITE WILL LEAD GAMBLERS TO SUICIDE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I've been gambling for about 25 years both in casino and online. I can honestly tell you I have never seen anything as unfair as this website. They constantly take and take and give little to nothing in return and the comps are a joke. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this website and if you're still there run away!
