I am a senior, mother of 2 yr old son that win $1400, on BetRivers. Then, they wanted proof of his account. Then, they held it up investigating I am the beneficiary. I went nuts, going to my Accountant, bank, etc. I finally signed it. Few days prior, our son got on phone w Andrew there w me present in speaker. We realized new teller at bank messed his statement up saying He is beneficiary and I own account. We are talking smaller bank account as he is just starting out. BetRivers with us on phone called our local police. Six cops banged in our door Saturday night. First they worry our son had our account then they complain police DOMESTIC VIOLENCE to our police. Our son just opened new account for them to deposit money. After they called police, they locked his account so he can't withdraw. He calls them yesterday and told if you want your money, GO GET IT IN AC, NJ. Please, anyone have suggestions. This is our son's first encounter and I am old school and don't do anything on line. Since they started for months or better complaining I am his beneficiary I feel a right to complain - 64 yrs old. They have my signed form and still no release of our son's money. Last encounter 1/9. This is months now thereabouts.

I am on the fence with this casino. What confuses me is when playing slots you can see other players who get wins 100x or greater their bets. What I notice after playing off and on over a 7 month period is frequent repetition of the same dozen or so players posting wins every day multiple times a day. Most fraudulent sports book of all time. Did a 4 leg same game parlay. Three of the plays all won yet because one of the players apparently wasn’t active, the entire bet was voided. I’ve never once seen an entire parlay get voided because one play was void. Normally you win the amount for the other 3 plays winning and it was even there mistake for posting a line for a player sitting. Absolutely infuriating and this company should not be legal.
