My experience thus far has been a 100% loss rate over the last 4 weeks while playing in their casino! I understand it's called gambling for a reason but let's be honest, anyone would expect to win at least $100 at some point after depositing $2,000! The last $250 I've not even gotten a bonus round and I've tried wagering .20 cents up to $2 a spin.... yet nada. Tonight I'm gonna try 1 more trial run by doing 20 spins @ $5 spin. A good friend of mine suggested I try my luck on this online casino and said that they pay out quick and have excellent customer support. When I first joined I wasn’t winning anything of significance but I did cash out a few decent wins but as of late the games seem rigged also it seems as though it’s impossible to gain points unless you’re steadily depositing funds and by the looks of it I’m not the only person speaking on the site.

This site used to be great! When I asked what the issue was to customer support he asked for the codes and once given to him he then asked for screenshots! And before I could even begin to gather the information he had requested he ended the chat. I suppose it’s time to delete my once 5 star reviews and give a very truthful and accurate reassessment.

I used to enjoy playing in the casino. Now it makes me unhappy to give them my money. The problem with BetRivers is there is no place to register a complaint. You will always be directed back to your host. This gets you nowhere if the problem is with your host. After I said my host was rude, he began withholding my bonuses. Bonuses I had regularly received disappeared. I could not complain because I was always directed back to him. They told me hosts cannot be changed. I have started playing on FanDuel.

Would rather check at gamble nuget to be honest.. Please dont play here!! Cashouts take forever and the games are lagging is really bad!! Moreover I played really much and I think the RTP is really bad because it is really hard to win. BE CAREFUL!

I loved BetRivers at first. Then, randomly, they removed all ways for me to deposit money except for PayPal. I don’t gamble all my money away. I’m a nurse with a good hospital job. I’m not sure why they limited me, but I checked my email and they haven’t sent any emails to me about issues. So instead of reaching out to get this fixed, I’m choosing to never use their betting site again. Such a waste of time to try and jump through their hoops when I like BetMGM 100x better anyway. If you’re going to use an online casino site in Michigan, especially a smaller one like BetRivers little casino resort…try WynnBET or FourWinds. They don’t have bingo, which was the only huge plus to BetRivers, but they seem to have slots that win more, payout more, and they don’t mess around with how you can deposit and withdraw money.
