Great app after some much needed updates

I've been trying to collect my winnings since may 27 2023 and finally a month later thought ibwas going to succeed after uploading one of the debit cards I've used and it was accepted they also emailed me telling me I now have access to my account amd they hope I can enjoy the games they offer so I request my withdraw of 300 amd deposit 25 only to find that I'm still blocked from real money wagering. Contacted support to request refund amd was told I could request withdraw and they couldn't tell me more info as it's internal investigation amd keep am eye for an email. Here it's July 5 2023 amd still don't see the light and still told the same thing. They are absolutely the most horrible customer service incompetent group of people over had the pleasure dealing with. The other casinos give me no hassle and are pretty fast st verifying or reviewing people's account. Totally do not recommend. I've literally only played there a few times what's there to investigate? Not squat

Horrible scam app! I will never spend a dime with them again! Promise! Crooks who take their sweet time processing withdrawals but are quick to take deposits! I recommend barstools or BetParx for reasonable withdrawal times!

Trying to get your winning is a nightmare! I tried chatting several times and before I could answer their question or ask mine the chat ended. I kept uploading things they wanted and it would get declined and want more. I pay through PayPal and because my husband and I share an account (has all my info on it) they couldn’t send back to the same PayPal account. The other casinos have no problem with it.

Could not get past the registration process, for over 2 weeks I was on the same screen, so called uploading my documents that never processed. Called customer service twice and they could not resolve the issue, they told me I'm going to get an email soon stating my process is complete but never got that email. Poor app and its not even worth it. I deleted the app and don't want any part of Bet Rivers.

There is no improvement for this company. I write this on behalf of my fiancé who received a generous bonus offer in the mail amd decided to deposit. After playing for several hours and having 300 that was withdrawable he too had to upload all if his personal information which I get but after they accepted the docs his acct became restricted to real money wagering so after several chats later and another deposit of just 10.00 they have totally locked him pit of his acct amd his acct flagged for risk amd sent for review. No one will tell why amd there doesn't seem to be an end on sight. What a wonderful way to treat your customers..especially o n a holiday and am elderly who doesn't game online much and probably won't ever again after this horrible experience he has had. I myself jave stopped playing thete be abuse of this...I've threatened the gaming board and class action lawsuits but they do not care because the law is on their side supposedly. I will be contacting the mi gaming board but am wondering how many other michiganders have same issue? Let's stop this casino from cheating us

At first I loved Betrivers. Then they started asking me to upload my bank card again. I did that and took screen shots of my statement. It was never enought for them. I have been uploading my bank card and statements for three months and it's not good enought for them. The same thing is happening with my husbands account but he is waiting for them to give us a withdrawal. They are holding out money hostage.

Absolute scam of a company - these people need to have a independent team of coders go over their algorithms and sent in front of congress and all legal protections stripped from them
